Son of Bell with another one "HALLELU"

 Bello AbdulAfeez Atanda, professionally known as Son of Bell is a young, versatile African artist from Lagos, Nigeria. He was Born and bred on the streets of Bariga & Gbagada. He comes from a unitary family of 3; consisting of himself, his mother and his sister. He attended private schools growing up and is currently studying Chinese at the University of Lagos.

      Son of bell loves making music through his soulful connections to the beat and self interpretations of his life experiences. Filled to the brim with a  creative imagination, he envisions himself as a golden boy who flies on a dragon and everything he touches becomes incredible. He's an African man who loves to mix sounds from foreign influences to make something beautiful; such as RnB. He is a king of versatility. Early in his career he began with his own unique style of Afro RnB and delved into other fusion sounds like Afro-rap pop.

      He has two major projects. The first is heavily influenced by foreign superstars like Travis, Malone and others from the trending mime era. The second project "Patterns" shows a growth in his craft as he weaves his previous self into more local and native sounds from the motherland.

       His journey as an African artiste is to make his voice become global and in-tune with the reception of the world. Instilled in him, are core values of an African man, which have shaped his becoming.

     His new single "HALLELU", is a conversation about life, SonofBell talks about the circulatory nature of life, as he says “this one sef go go. Like the other Sapa wey come”; meaning that every hard time will pass, just as it done before. It reinforces that we must always give praises to the God who listens and blesses. It is a song of motivation laced with a very soothing sound and melodious beat.
