Molazzi releases new 2-pack EP; Home/Away

Produced by the hot new producer Fadevenom, Molazzi releases a 2 pack EP featuring two lovely songs; ‘Home’ and ‘Away.

‘Molazzi’, also known as Solomon Ifeanyichukwu is a Nigerian singer and  songwriter, who has been making waves in the music industry since his first hit release ‘Vaccine’. His music discography can be categorized as a blend of Afrobeats, Hip-hop and Traditional Nigerian sounds with a deep focus on lyrical delivery, his unique soft high pitched always shining through.

The first song on his two pack EP, ‘Home’, is an Afro-house and Amapiano fusion track, and is well suited for the vibe of having a good time, with no stress and positive energy. Molazzi sings and preaches to his listeners to always remember ‘Home’ and not get so caught up in life that you forget where you come from. To not be swallowed by the pressures we face in our joutney. Just as the cover art depicts, Molazzi draws some inspiration from Lagos, Nigeria on this track, incessantly repeating ‘Eko lo wa’ particularly as the song reaches a close, perhaps depicting that one must stay rooted and grounded despite in their values from home, despite the chaotic hustle and bustle of Lagos.
