Idris Babginda Usman, known by his stage name dJ B BOI, was born in Taraba State, Nigeria, on May 15th. He pursued his education in Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Federal Polytechnic Bali, Taraba State. He enrolled in DJing & Music production and demonstrated a passion for music right from an early age.
Since 2018, the young creative has been honing his skills in DJing & Music Production. In 2024, he officially launched his music career with the release of his debut collaboration album titled, “MY TIME”. As the CEO of B BOI RECORDS (PTY) LTD, dJ B BOI brings a unique blend of Amapiano and Afrobeat music to his audience. His artistry reflects diverse influences and a commitment to delivering both captivating and innovative sounds.
With this utterly captivating spirit and energy, DJ B BOI has an uncanny ability to get his listeners up from their seats and ready to bust a move. His music pushes you to bring out the dance machine you never knew was embedded in you, bopping your head to the groove and a slice of a shoulder too.
