Getting access to Spotify for Artists

Spotify for Artists lets you:

  • See your audience stats
  • Promote your music
  • Manage your artist profile

You also get a blue verification check mark when you claim your artist profile.

There's a web browser version at artists.spotify.com and a Spotify for Artists app for iOS and Android.

Artists and managers

  • Ask your artist team to invite you
If someone on your team already has admin access, ask them to send you an invite. If you don't know how to reach your admin, submit a request and we'll notify them for you.
  • Get instant access with a distributor
Deliver music with a preferred provider? You automatically get access to Spotify for Artists when you submit a request.
  • Claim an artist profile
Your request gets manually reviewed, so it might take a few days to get access. You’ll need to verify via the artist’s social channels.

Joining an artist team before your first release?

Ask your label or distributor for your artist link or URI. It'll start spotify.com/artist or spotify:artist.

Paste your artist link or URI at the Which artist team is it? page when submitting your access request.

Labels and distributors

Joining your label team allows you to view your label’s entire catalog in one place.

The catalog you see in Spotify for Artists is based on the distributor and label names in the metadata of your releases.

  • Ask your team to invite you
If someone on your team already has admin access, ask them to send you an invite. If you don't know how to reach your admin, submit a request and we'll notify them for you.
  • Create a label team
Your request gets manually reviewed, so it might take a few days to get access. When you create a label team you’ll need to share some tracks or albums your company owns.
