           CiDAR Africa, once again brings you our top 5 artistes of the week and their latest releases. On today's selection, we have Dremo, Bad boy Av and many more!

DREMO: She dey give them

Our artiste of the week begins with the phenomenal artiste Dremo. Abioromoh Femi Raymond, known by the artiste name Dremo, is a prolific rapper, known for his jaw dropping bars, confidence, aura and energetic stage presence. More than just a rapper, Dremo is record producer, songwriter and stage performer. His journey into music started as early as his little trips to the studio from the age of 12. After his secondary education at George and Duke High school in Ibadan, the artiste attended National Open University (NOUN) but dropped out right after his second year to follow his true calling, agreeing to a record deal in 2016from the music label DMW, owned by legendary veteran young Nigerian music artiste; Davido. Since then Dremo, has continued to do exploits in the music scene. Expressing a wide range of thematic experiencesn in his music, from love, o fame and even satire.

He was awarded the Nigerian Teen Choice Awards in 2016, for the category of “Choice New Hip Hop Act 2016”. In the year 2017 and 18,  he was also awarded the City people Entertainment Awards; for Rookie of the year and Rap Album of the year. Check out his latest track “She dey give them”, nothing short of vibe, energy and that amapiano rhythm.

Bad boy Av: Kupe

Young New artiste, Bad boy Av took the world by a storm with hit single Big thug boys. Its contagious energy garnering fans of both big boys and girls, and peaking at Number 5 on the Billboard Triller Chart. The song also became gthe number one most Shazamed track in Nigeria and number 7 worldwide. The young talented singer, Adindu Victor, comes from a family of music and entertainment enthusiasts, the family of “The Adindu’s”. He was inspired to make music at a very tender age, by his father who was both a singer and guitarist. While we’re still digesting his sonorous feature with Victony on Jaga jaga,the artiste has already dropped something new for us to munch on. Check out his latest track titled Kupe.

Htiboy Kelz: Jegede remix

Fresh out of the smooth scenes of portharcourt, Hitboy Kellz emerges as one of the city’s many talents, climbing up the ladder and ready to take the music world by its horns. As an avid lover of reggae and blues, the artiste leans into these influences to make out his own Afrofusion music. He began making music professionally, right after his A levels in Lagos before he returned back home to portharcourt. With his garnered experienced, from writing and making songs, he started going to studios and kick-started his full career from there. Hitboy Kellz, describes his music as “infectious and relatable” imploring people to really pay attention to the exploring of stories and emotions. He has just dropped a remix to his song, Jegede featuring fellow Portharcourt brothers the Ajebo Hustlers.

Boylumy ft Magnito: Agba baller

Fast rising Afrobeats Artiste Boylumy, is a Nigerian singer and songwriter from Benin City, siugned under Marfada Records. The artiste was born into a Christian family and his earliest love or interest in music, can be traced back to the choir, were he often rapped and sang. Since then, the entertainer has over the years honed his musical skills, moving from an underground artiste and quickly into the mainstream scene. He has recently released the remix of his track Agba Baller, featuring rapper Magnito.
